Livelihood & Skill Development

Under this intervention, our initiative is to provide skill training and support in enterprise development or self-employment to rural youths, adolescents, and SHG women. We aim to address the issues of the lack of opportunity for skill development and financial constraints to pay the fees or travel expenses for these training programs. We have designed a very low-cost module and run the training program at the village level.

The organization is promoting traditional and sustainable farming systems with the introduction of technology. Our approach aims to reduce the input costs of farmers and decrease dependency on chemical pesticides and fertilizers. We provide training and handholding support to farmers, as well as support them in credit and market linkages.
